人工半肩关节置换手术护理配合临床效果

Clinical Effect on Nursing Cooperation of Artificial Hemishoulder Replacement

目的探讨人工半肩关节置换手术护理配合临床效果。方法选择2018年1月-2019年12月我院接受人工半肩关节置换手术治疗的50例患者,回顾性分析全部患者的临床资料,对所有患者均实施人工半肩关节置换手术,并在治疗期间加强护理配合。比较护理前后患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、肩关节功能、日常生活能力(ADL)等评分变化,生活质量及并发症情况。结果本组50例均顺利完成手术,且获得随访,均未发生腓总神经损伤、坠床、漏液、麻醉意外、肩关节松动、脱落、感染等并发症,术后肩患侧旋转>健侧60%,肩关节活动满意,手术效果良好,无明显活动疼痛。患者护理前后对比SDS、SAS、肩关节功能、ADL、各项生活质量项目等评分的数据表明护理后更优,满足统计要求(P<0.05)。结论人工半肩关节置换手术护理配合的临床效果显著,既可保证手术疗效和预后康复,又可预防并发症,改善患者生活质量,为临床提供参考。

Objective This paper aims to discuss the clinical effect of nursing cooperation in artificial hemishoulder replacement.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,50 patients with hemishoulder arthroplasty were selected.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given artificial hemishoulder replacement surgery,and nursing cooperation was strengthened during the treatment.The changes of SDS,SAS,shoulder function,ADL,quality of life and complications were compared before and after nursing.Results All the 50 cases were followed up successfully.There were no complications such as common peroneal nerve injury,falling off bed,fluid leakage,anesthesia accident,shoulder joint loosening,falling off,infection and other complications.The rotation of the monitored side was more than 60%of the healthy side.The shoulder joint activity was satisfactory,and the operation effect was good without obvious pain.The scores of SDS,SAS,shoulder joint function,ADL and various quality of life items before and after nursing care showed that the patients were better after nursing and met the statistical requirements(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nursing cooperation in artificial hemishoulder replacement surgery is significant,which can ensure the surgical effect and prognosis recovery,and can prevent complications and improve the quality of life of patients,which could provide a reference for the clinic.
