口腔种植修复对牙列缺损患者龈沟液炎症因子水平及咀嚼功能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Oral Implant Restoration on the Level of Inflammatory Factors in Gingival Crevicular Fluid and Chewing Function in Patients with Dentition Defect

摘要 目的探讨口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2017年9月-2019年9月于我院诊治的86例牙列缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用固定义齿修复,观察组采用口腔种植修复。比较两组龈沟液炎症因子水平、咀嚼功能和并发症状况。结果治疗后,观察组白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平为(26.13±3.05)ng/L、(3.68±0.42)ng/L,较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率分别为(60.35±5.87)kg和(90.17±6.38)%,较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.60%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复可加快牙列缺损患者咀嚼功能的恢复,减少对口腔炎症的影响,且并发症少,值得推广应用。 Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical effect and safety of dental implant restoration in the treatment of dentition defects.Methods A total of 86 patients with dentition defect in our hospital from September 2017 to September2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received a fixed tooth restoration,and the observation group received a dental implant restoration.The levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,chewing function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were(26.13±3.05)ng/L and(3.68±0.42)ng/L,which were lower than those in the control group.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the bite force and mastication efficiency of the observation group were(60.35±5.87)kg,(90.17±6.38)%,which were higher than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);The complication rate in the observation group was 4.65%that was lower than 18.60%in the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral implant restoration that has fewer complications,can speed up the recovery of masticatory function in patients with dentition defects,reduce the impact on oral inflammation,which is worthy of wide application.
