人工种植牙与义齿修复在牙列缺损患者中的应用及对患者咀嚼功能的影响

The Application of Artificial Dental Implants and Denture Restorations in Patients with Dentition Defects and Their Influence on Patients’ Chewing Function

目的探讨人工种植牙与义齿修复在牙列缺损患者中的应用及对患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2017年11月我院收治的80例牙列缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。治疗组行人工种植牙治疗,对照组行常规义齿修复。对比临床疗效、修复效果、不良反应。结果治疗组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组咀嚼功能、固定功能、语言功能、美观程度、舒适度和总分高于对照组,术后不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与义齿修复相比,使用人工种植牙治疗牙列缺损患者能够提高咀嚼功能、固定功能、语言功能,减少不良反应发生,提高舒适度和美观程度,易于被患者接受。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application of artificial dental implants and denture restorations in patients with dentition defects and their effects on the chewing function of patients.Methods 80 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group received artificial dental implant treatment,and the control group received conventional denture restoration.The clinical efficacy,repair effect,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the masticatory function,fixation function,language function,aesthetics,comfort and total score of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.The reaction rate was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with denture restoration,the use of artificial implants to treat patients with dentition defects can improve masticatory function,fixation function,language function,reduce adverse reactions,improve comfort and aesthetics,and is easy to be accepted by patients.
