血液透析患者自我效能、婚姻状况及透析龄对健康素养的影响

Effects of Self-efficacy,Marital Status and Age of Dialysis on Health Literacy in Hemodialysis Patients

目的分析血液透析患者自我效能、婚姻状况及透析龄对健康素养的影响。方法对院2018年7月-2019年12月期间行血液透析治疗的80例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计所有患者的健康素养情况,并分析血液透析患者自我效能、婚姻状况及透析龄对健康素养的影响。结果经临床统计,健康素养有限的有24例,占30.00%;健康素养充足的有56例,占70.00%。健康素养有限组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分低于健康素养充足组,婚姻状况(无配偶)、透析龄≤4年占比高于健康营养充足组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经二元Logistic回归分析,GSES评分低、婚姻状况(无配偶)、透析龄≤4年是健康素养的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者的自我效能、婚姻状况、透析龄是健康素养的影响因素,对该类风险患者临床上应加强重视度,采取有效措施进行干预,提高患者的健康素养,改善预后。

Objective This paper aims to analyze the effects of self-efficacy,marital status and of dialysis age on health literacy in hemodialysis patients.Methods The clinical data of 80 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The health literacy of all patients was statistically analyzed,and the effects of self-efficacy,marital status and dialysis age on health literacy were analyzed.Results According to clinical statistics,there were 24 cases with limited health literacy,accounting for 30.00%,and 56 cases with sufficient health literacy,accounting for 70.00%.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of those with limited health literacy were lower than those in the health literacy adequacy group.Marital status(without spouse),dialysis age≤4 years accounted for a higher proportion than healthy and nutritionally adequate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After binary logistic regression analysis,GSES score was low,marital status(without spouse),dialysis age≤4 years were risk factors for health literacy(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy,marital status,and dialysis age of hemodialysis patients are the influencing factors of health literacy.Clinical attention should be paid to these patients at risk and effective measures should be given to improve the health literacy of patients and the prognosis.
