知信行延续护理模式在股骨头置换患者功能恢复中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Mode of Knowledge,Trust and Practice in Functional Recovery of Patients with Femoral Head Replacement

目的探讨知信行延续护理模式在股骨头置换患者功能恢复中的应用效果。方法选取60例股骨头置换患者,按就诊先后分成观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施知信行延续护理模式,观察两组髋关节功能评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、并发症的发生情况。结果观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知信行延续护理模式对股骨头置换患者具有明显作用,可促进髋关节功能恢复,改善患者负面情绪,预防并发症,临床应用价值高。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application effect of the continuous nursing mode of knowledge,trust and practice in the functional recovery of patients with femoral head replacement.Methods 60 patients with femoral head replacement were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to their visits.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given continuous nursing mode based on knowledge,trust and practice,and the hip joint function score,SAS score,SDS score and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of hip joint function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing mode of knowledge,trust and practice has obvious effect on the patients with femoral head replacement,which can promote the recovery of hip joint function,improve the patients’negative emotions,prevent complications,and has high clinical application value.
