舒适护理在血液透析患者护理中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨于血液透析患者中实施舒适护理的作用,分析其应用价值。方法本研究根据患者的入院时间予以分割,收集血液透析患者62例作为客观研究对象,利用双盲法方式,将其中31例设立为实验组,剩余31例设立为对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者在原有护理方式基础上实施舒适护理,对比两组患者在不同护理模式后,患者的心理维度指标评分、护理干预效果维度以及不良风险事件发生率。结果不同护理模式之后,实验组患者的各项维度指标与对照组存在较大差异,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论于血液透析患者护理中实施舒适护理,有利于患者的不良风险事件发生率降低,提高患者的护理满意度,提高心理维度建设能力,具有临床推广价值。

Objective This paper aims to explore the role of comfort care in hemodialysis patients and analyze its application value.Methods The study was divided according to the time of admission of the patients,in which 62 hemodialysis patients were collected as objective research objects.Using the double-blind method,31 of them were set up as the experimental group,and the remaining 31 were set up as the control group.Basic nursing,the experimental group of patients implemented comfortable nursing based on the original nursing mode,and compared the two groups of patients after different nursing models,the patient’s psychological dimension index score,the dimension of nursing intervention effect,and the incidence of adverse risk events.Results After different nursing models,the dimensional indicators of the experimental group and the control group were quite different,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfortable care in the care of hemodialysis patients is beneficial to reduce the incidence of adverse risk events of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients with care,and improve the ability of psychological dimension construction,which has clinical promotion value.
