高龄白内障患者超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术中舒适护理的效果

Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation for Senile Cataract Patients

目的分析高龄白内障患者超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术中舒适护理的效果。方法以抓阄法将选取的120例行超声乳化吸除术与人工晶体植入术高龄白内障患者分成A组和B组,分别施以常规护理干预、常规护理结合舒适护理干预。结果B组医护依从优良率高于A组(P<0.05)。B组社会、心理、生理、环境舒适度评分均明显高于A组(P<0.05)。B组并发症总发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理条件下,给予行超声乳化吸除术与人工晶体植入术的高龄白内障患者舒适护理干预,可增强其医护依从性,提高其舒适度,减少并发症的发生。

Objective This paper aims to analyze the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on elderly cataract patients.Methods 120 patients with senile cataract were divided into two groups:group A and group B,which were treated with routine nursing intervention,and routine nursing combined with comfortable nursing intervention.Results The excellent rate of medical compliance in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The scores of social,psychological,physiological and environmental comfort in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the condition of routine nursing,comfort nursing intervention for the elderly cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can enhance their medical compliance,improve their comfort and reduce the occurrence of complications.
