临床路径护理管理在慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Clinical Path Care Management in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探究临床路径护理管理在慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法选取2016年6月至2018年9月我院收治的慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者102例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(51例)和对照组(51例)。对照组予常规护理干预,在此基础上研究组加用临床路径护理干预。对比两组患者治疗前后焦虑评分(SAS和SDS),肾功能指标(Scr和BUN)及护理前后营养水平(ALB、PA和SF)。结果干预前,两组ALB、PA、SF、Scr和BUN水平及SAS和SDS评分组间数据无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组ALB、PA和SF水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS和SDS评分、Scr和BUN水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予CRF维持性血液透析患者临床路径护理管理,可促使SAS和SDS评分降低,ALB、PA和SF水平升高,进而促使Scr和BUN降低,临床效果显著值得推广。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application value of clinical path care management in patients with chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 102 patients of chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis were selected from June2016 to September 2018,and were divided into study group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to random numerical table.The control group gave routine nursing intervention,and on the basis of which the study group used clinical path nursing intervention.Pre-and post-treatment anxiety scores(SAS and SDS),renal function indicators(Scr and BUN)and pre-care nutritional levels(ALB,PA and SF)were compared in two groups of patients.Results Prior to treatment,the two groups of ALB,PA,SF,Scr and BUN levels and SAS and SDS scoring groups were significantly different(P>0.05),after nursing,the Al B,PA and SF in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,SAS and SDS scored significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and Scr and BUN levels were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Giving clinical path care intervention to patients with CRF-sustained hemodialysis can lead to lower SAS and SDS scores,higher LEVELs of ALB,PA and SF,and then scr and BUN reduction,and clinical results are significantly worth promoting.
