人工髋关节置换术后假体无菌性松动是导致假体寿命较短的主要原因。假体无菌性松动受多因素影响,通过临床症状及影像学检查,观察并分析人工关节无菌性松动的表现与过程,对于积极开展THA后假体无菌性松动的早期治疗与预防均具有重要意义。本文主要综述了THA后假体无菌性松动临床及影像学的诊断方法与意义。

Aseptic loosening of prosthesis after artificial hip joint replacement is the main reason leading to short life of prosthesis.The aseptic loosening of the prosthesis is affected by many factors.Through clinical symptoms and imaging examination,the performance and process of aseptic loosening of the artificial joints are observed and analyzed.The early treatment and prevention of aseptic loosening of the prosthesis after active THA Is of great significance.This article mainly reviews the clinical and imaging diagnostic methods and significance of aseptic loosening of the prosthesis after THA.
