左卡尼汀联合血液灌流及血液透析对老年慢性肾衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响

Effect of Levocarnitine Combined with Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis on Micro-inflammatory State in Senile Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨左卡尼汀联合血液灌流及血液透析对老年慢性肾衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响。方法选取2017年7月-2019年7月在我院治疗的78例老年慢性肾衰竭患者,随机分为2组,各39例。对照组给予血液灌流及血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加左卡尼汀治疗。治疗后,比较微炎症状态。结果治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀联合血液灌流及血液透析可改善老年慢性肾衰竭患者微炎症状态。

Objective This article aims to investigate the effect of levocarnitine combined with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis on micro-inflammatory state in senile patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 78 senile patients with chronic renal failure who treated in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 patients in each group.Control group was given hemoperfusion and hemodialysis,and observation group was treated with levocarnitine based on control group.The micro-inflammatory state of two groups was compared after treatment.Results After the treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine combined with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis can improve micro-inflammatory state of senile patients with chronic renal failure.
