医疗失效模式与效应分析对血透患者感染控制效果的影响

Influence of Medical Failure Mode and Effect Analysis on Infection Control of Hemodialysis Patients

目的对医疗失效模式与效应分析对血透患者感染控制情况的影响进行分析。方法选血液透析治疗的患者128例,分成观察组与对照组,每组64例,分别接受常规护理和医疗失效模式与效应分析管理,对比护理效果和感染控制情况。结果观察组患者感染发生率较对照组发生显著降低(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析患者,实施科学的医疗失效模式与效应分析可有效增强患者感染控制效果,降低感染发生率,提高护理满意度临床效果显著,值得关注并推广使用。

Objective The influence of medical failure mode and effect analysis on infection control of hemodialysis patients was analyzed.Methods 128 hemodialysis patients were divided into observation group and control group.64 patients in each group received routine nursing and medical failure mode and effect analysis and management respectively,and the nursing effect and infection control were compared.Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis patients,the implementation of scientific medical failure mode and effect analysis can effectively enhance the effect of infection control,reduce the incidence of infection,improve the clinical effect of nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of attention and promotion.
