Clinical Effect of Immediate and Delayed Implant Restoration

目的探讨即刻种植和延期种植修复前牙的临床效果研究。方法纳入研究的68例患者,均为我院2018年1月至2019年9月入院接受治疗的患者,分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受延期种植修复前牙,研究组接受即刻种植修复前牙,对比两组患者PES评分、牙周袋深度。结果研究组患者3个月、6个月以及12个月的PES评分均高于对照组;研究组患者3个月、6个月以及12个月的牙周袋深度均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即刻种植修复的治疗效果优于延期种植修复,且患者的牙周袋深度的带改善,该治疗方法值得推广。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the clinical effect of immediate and delayed implant restoration on anterior teeth.Methods 68 patients included in the study were all admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into a control group and a research group.The control group received delayed implant restoration and the research group received immediate implant restoration Tooth,compare the PES score and periodontal pocket depth of the two groups of patients.Results The 3-month,6-month and 12-month PES scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group;the3-month,6-month and 12-month periodontal pocket depths of the study group were lower than those of the control group.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of immediate implant restoration is better than delayed implant restoration,and the depth of the periodontal pocket of the patient is improved.This treatment method is worthy of promotion.
