舒适护理理念下无痛管理对人工种植牙患者生活质量及疼痛感受的影响

Effect of Painless Management on Quality of Life and Pain Feeling of Patients with Artificial Dental Implants under the Concept of Comfortable Nursing

目的探讨舒适护理理念下无痛管理对人工种植牙患者生活质量及疼痛感受的影响。方法将40例人工种植牙患者分为观察组(舒适护理理念下无痛管理,n=20)和对照组(常规护理,n=20)。比较两组手术指标和VAS、生活质量评分。结果与对照组比较,观察组术后疼痛、肿胀持续时间下降(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组护理后VAS评分下降且观察组显著低于对照组;两组护理后生活质量评分上升且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理理念下无痛管理在人工种植牙患者中价值较高。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of painless management under the concept of comfortable nursing on the quality of life and pain feeling of patients with artificial dental implants.Methods 40 patients with artificial dental implants were divided into observation group(painless management under the concept of comfortable nursing,n=20)and control group(routine nursing,n=20).The operation indexes,VAS and QOL scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of postoperative pain and swelling in the observation group decreased(P<0.05).Compared with that before nursing,the VAS score of the two groups decreased after nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless management under the concept of comfortable nursing is of high value in patients with artificial dental implants.
