低浓度罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在老年人工髋关节置换术中的应用

Application of Low Concentration Ropivacaine Combined Spinal Epidural Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探讨低浓度罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在老年人工髋关节置换术(THA)中的应用。方法62例拟行THA的老年患者随机分为2组,对照组予以0.5%罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组予以0.25%罗哌卡因麻醉。比较2组血流动力学、麻醉效果。结果2组T1、T2平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)均低于T0(P<0.05);观察组麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低浓度罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉能维持老年THA患者血流动力学稳定,麻醉效果良好。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia(CSEA)with low-concentration ropivacaine in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods 62 elderly patients undergoing THA were divided into observation group(0.25%ropivacaine)and control group(0.5%ropivacaine).The hemodynamics and anesthesia effect between the two groups were compared.Results The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)at T1 and T2 were lower than those at T0 in bot groups(P<0.05).The anesthesia effect was better in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CSEA with low-concentration ropivacaine can maintain hemodynamic stability in elderly THA patients,with good anesthesia effect.
