永久性心脏起搏器置入术后老年冠心病患者的并发症

Complications in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Permanent Pacemaker Implantation

目的研究永久性心脏起搏器置入术后老年冠心病患者的并发症类型和改善措施。方法68例接受永久性心脏起搏器置入术老年冠心病患者,找到并发症常见类型和产生原因,并制定改善措施。结果2例电极导线脱位,气胸和囊袋感染各有1例,2例起搏器综合征;并发症临床症状有2例气短、咳嗽、发热、起搏暂停各有1例。导致并发症产生的原因分类:2例手术时间较长,1例导线插入困难,2例术后囊袋出现积血情况,滋生细菌。结论老年冠心病患者置入永久性心脏起搏器会产生一些并发症,影响到患者的治疗效果。做好早期预防措施可帮助降低患者并发症的发病率,提升治疗有效率。

Objective This paper aims to study the types of complications and improvement measures in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods 68 elderly patients with coronary heart disease underwent permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation.The common types and causes of complications were found out,and improvement measures were formulated.Results There were 2 cases of electrode wire dislocation,1 case of pneumothorax and bag infection,2 cases of pacemaker syndrome,2 cases of complications,1 case of shortness of breath,cough,fever and 1 case of pacing suspension.The causes of complications were classified as follows:2 cases had long operation time,1 case had difficulty in wire insertion,2 cases had blood accumulation in capsule bag after operation,and bacteria were bred.Conclusion Permanent pacemaker implantation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease may produce some complications,which can affect the therapeutic effect of patients.Early preventive measures can reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the efficiency of treatment.
