即刻种植联合口腔正畸治疗创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Immediate Implant Combined with Orthodontics in the Treatment of Traumatic Tooth Loss and Bone Defect

目的分析创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损即刻种植联合口腔正畸治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2013年2月至2017年2月本院创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损患者80例,依据治疗方法分为即刻种植单独治疗组(单独治疗组,n=40)、即刻种植联合口腔正畸治疗组(联合治疗组,n=40)两组,对两组患者的种植体稳定性、外在美观效果、术后并发症发生情况、种植体留存情况进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患者手术后较手术前的ISQ评分、PES评分升高幅度均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率7.5%(3/40)显著低于单独治疗组27.5%(11/40)(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的种植体留存率97.5%(39/40)显著高于单独治疗组82.5%(33/40)(P<0.05)。结论创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损即刻种植联合口腔正畸治疗的临床效果较即刻种植单独治疗好。

Objective This paper aims to analyze the clinical effect of immediate implant combined with orthodontic treatment of traumatic tooth loss and bone defect.Methods 80 patients with traumatic tooth loss and bone defect were divided into immediate implant alone treatment group(single treatment group),immediate implant combined with orthodontic treatment group(combined treatment group),40 cases in each group,and compared the implant stability,external aesthetic effect,postoperative complications and implant retention.Results The increase of isq and PES scores in the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group,the postoperative complication rate was lower than that of the single treatment group,and the implant retention rate was higher than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of immediate implant combined with orthodontic treatment is better than that of immediate implant alone.
