血液灌流联合血液透析在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探究血液灌流联合血液透析在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院慢性肾功能患者40例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各20例。对照组行血液透析治疗,研究组采用血液灌流联合血液透析疗法治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后生化指标[血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]及炎症指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)]。结果相比于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后CRP、磷、PTH、BUN、Scr水平均低于对照组,血钙水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效确切,有助于减轻炎症反应,改善肾功能,保持水电解质稳定。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 40 patients with chronic renal function were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the study group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.The clinical efficacy,biochemical indexes[blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone(PTH),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCR)]and inflammatory indexes[C-reactive protein(CRP)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of CRP,phosphorus,PTH,bun and SCR in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of blood calcium in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is effective in the treatment of chronic renal failure,which is helpful to reduce inflammatory reaction,improve renal function and maintain the stability of water and electrolyte.
