尿毒症患者血液透析前后相关指标检验分析

Analysis of Related Test Indexes in Uremic Patients before and after Hemodialysis

目的分析尿毒症患者血液透析前后相关检验指标。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月本院尿毒症血液透析患者50例(血液透析组),另回顾性选取同期本院健康体检人员50例作为健康对照组,统计分析两组人员的相关检验指标。结果血液透析组患者血液透析前后的血清Scr、BUN、NT-BNP、UA水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),血液透析前的血清Scr、BUN、NT-BNP、UA水平均显著高于血液透析后(P<0.05);血液透析前的血清CO2CP水平显著低于血液透析后和健康对照组(P<0.05);血液透析前的血清P、K+水平均显著高于血液透析后和健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症患者血液透析前后相关检验指标能够将有效依据提供给临床作为对患者预后的判断。

Objective This paper aims to analyze the related test indexes of uremic patients before and after hemodialysis.Methods 50 cases of uremic hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively selected as the hemodialysis group,and 50 cases of health examination personnel in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Results The levels of SCr,BUN,NT-BNP and UA in the hemodialysis group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),the levels of SCr,BUN,NT-BNP and UA before hemodialysis were significantly higher than those after hemodialysis(P<0.05);the serum CO2 CP level before hemodialysis was significantly lower than that after hemodialysis and healthy control group(P<0.05);serum P and K+levels before hemodialysis were significantly higher than those after hemodialysis and healthy control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The related test indexes of uremia patients before and after hemodialysis can provide effective basis for clinical judgment on patients’prognosis.
