宫颈癌合并肾功能不全患者的透析治疗及护理

Treatment and Nursing of Dialysis Patients with Cervical Cancer Combined with Renal Insufficiency

目的探究宫颈癌合并肾功能不全患者的透析治疗及护理效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月本院48例宫颈癌合并肾功能不全患者,随机分为观察组(透析治疗+护理干预)与对照组(常规治疗,每组各24例。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组各项肾功能指标、SAS、SDS评分治疗后优于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌合并肾功能不全患者行透析治疗及护理可缓解负性情绪,改善肾功能。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of treatment and nursing for dialysis patients with cervical cancer and renal insufficiency.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,48 patients with cervical cancer and renal insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(dialysis treatment+nursing intervention)and control group(conventional treatment),24 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group’s renal function indexes,SAS and SDS scores were better than those of the control group after treatment,the observation group’s nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialysis treatment and nursing for patients with cervical cancer and renal insufficiency can relieve negative emotions and improve renal function.
