优质护理合并心理护理对血液透析尿毒症患者的影响

Effect of High-Quality Nursing Combined with Psychological Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients with Uremia

摘要 目的探讨优质护理合并心理护理对尿毒症患者的临床护理效果。方法选取2014年5月至2015年12月期间本院收治的58例尿毒症患者,随机分为观察组(29例)与对照组(29例);观察组患者给予常规护理,对照组患者给予优质护理合并心理护理。经过一段时间的治疗后比较两组患者的护理满意度和负面情绪发生情况。结果对照组总有效率明显高于观察组,汉密尔顿评分明显低于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论优质护理合并心理护理能够有效稳定患者情绪,使患者从新树立战胜病魔的信心。 ObjectiveThis paper aims to explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing combined with psychological nursing on hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods58 hemodialysis patients with uremia treated in our hospital from May2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group(29 cases)and control group(29 cases);The patients in the control group were given high-quality nursing combined with psychological nursing.After a period of treatment,the nursing satisfaction and negative emotion of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the Hamilton score was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).ConclusionHigh-quality nursing combined with psychological nursing can effectively stabilize the mood of patients and enable patients to establish a new confidence to overcome the disease.
