妊娠合并糖尿病患者血液透析治疗的护理

Nursing of Hemodialysis Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病接受血液透析的患者的临床效果。方法42例妊娠合并糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(21例)与观察组(21例),对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加孕期血糖检测、运动指导、用药指导、并发症的预防、动静脉瘘护理等护理措施,比较两组患者的血糖变化和新生儿NBNA评分。结果观察组患者的血糖控制程度和新生儿NBNA评分明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠合并糖尿病患者接受透析治疗期间采取必要的护理能够有效控制患者血糖,确保母婴平安,兼顾安全与疗效。

ObjectiveThis paper aims to explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods42 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the congtrol group(21 cases)and the observation group(21 cases).The patients in the congtrol group were given routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,nursing measures such as blood glucose detection during pregnancy,exercise guidance,medication guidance,prevention of complications and nursing of arteriovenous fistula were added in the observation group.The blood glucose changes and neonatal NBNA scores of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe degree of blood glucose control and neonatal NBNA score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the congtrol group(P<0.05).ConclusionTaking the necessary nursing during hemodialysis for pregnant women with diabetes can effectively control the blood sugar of the patients,ensure the safety of the mother and infant,and give consideration to safety and efficacy.
