女性尿毒症患者的月经期、妊娠期透析及其护理干预

Dialysis and Nursing Intervention of Female Uremic Patients during Menstruation and Pregnancy

目的探讨个性化护理对妊娠期或经期接受血液透析的女性尿毒症患者的临床护理效果。方法50例女性尿毒症患者随机分为实验组(25例)与对照组(25例),对照组患者给予常规护理;实验组患者给予个性化护理,观察两组患者的血肌酐、尿素氮水平和护理满意度情况。结果实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,血肌酐和血尿素氮水平变化也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理能够帮助从新树立战胜病魔的信心,兼顾安全与疗效。

Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical nursing effect of personalized nursing on female uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis during pregnancy or menstruation.Methods 50 female uremic patients were randomly divided into experimental group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases);The patients in the experimental group were given personalized nursing,and the levels of blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the changes of blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were also significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing can help to establish the confidence to overcome the disease,and give consideration to safety and curative effect.
