血液透析患者护理中的不安全因素分析及预防措施

Analysis of Unsafe Factors and Preventive Measures in Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨尿毒症患者血液透析护理不安全因素及预防措施的临床护理效果。方法66例尿毒症患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受改进后的护理措施,对比两组护理模式的临床效果。结果观察组医疗事故的发生率和护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析护理的不安全因素改进护理措施,能够有效预防医疗事故的发生。

Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical nursing effect of unsafe factors and preventive measures in nursing on hemodialysis patients.Methods 66 patients with uremia were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received improved nursing measures.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of medical malpractice and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the unsafe factors of hemodialysis nursing,improving nursing measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of medical accidents.
