复合保温护理措施在人工髋关节置换术中的应用效果

Effect of Compound Heat Preservation Nursing on the Patients with Artificial Hip Joint Replacement

目的探究复合保温护理措施在人工髋关节置换术中的应用效果分析。方法选取72例人工髋关节置换术患者,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36),对照组采用常规保温护理措施,观察组采用复合保温护理措施。评估两组手术时间、术中出血量情况、凝血功能水平。结果观察组手术时间与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量显著低于对照组,凝血功能显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合保温护理措施对于人工髋关节置换术患者,能有效减少患者术中出血量和手术时间,提高患者的凝血功能。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application effect of compound thermal insulation nursing in artificial hip joint replacement.Methods 72 patients with artificial hip joint replacement were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).The control group was treated with routine thermal insulation nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with compound thermal insulation nursing.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding and coagulation function were evaluated.Results there was no significant difference in operation time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the coagulation function was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound thermal insulation nursing can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and operation time,and improve the coagulation function of patients with artificial hip replacement.
