推进两岸关系和平发展、融合发展 推进祖国统一进程——对十九届五中全会、“十四五规划建议”涉台论述精神之解读

Promote the Peaceful Development and Integrative Development of Relations across the Taiwan Strait Advance the Process of China’s Reunification

中国共产党第十九届中央委员会第五次全体会议发表了《中国共产党第十九届中央委员会第五次全体会议公报》,审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》,描绘了我国进入新发展阶段的发展蓝图。"会议公报"、"规划、建议"有关台湾问题、两岸关系的论述,主要聚焦以下三个层面:一、推进两岸关系和平发展和祖国统一,高度警惕和坚决遏制"台独"分裂活动;二、坚持一个中国原则和"九二共识";三、以两岸同胞福祉为依归,推动两岸关系融合发展。这些论述在"十九大报告"、"1·2讲话"基础上,为今后一个时期的两岸关系发展指明了方向,做出了具体谋划,将有力推进两岸关系和平发展、融合发展,推进祖国统一进程。

The 5th plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC issued the"Communiquéof the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC",reviewed and adopted the"Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goal for 2035"and described a blueprint for China entering a new stage of development.The discussions on the Taiwan question and cross-Strait relations in the"Communiquéof the session"and the"Plan and Proposal"mainly focus on the following three aspects:First,promote the peaceful growth of relations across the Taiwan Strait and China’s reunification,and be highly vigilant and resolutely contain"Taiwan independence"separatist activities.Second,adhere to the one-China principle and the"1992 Consensus".Third,promote the integrative development of relations across the Taiwan Strait based on the well-being of compatriots on both sides of the Strait.On the basis of the"Reports of 19th National Congress of the CPC"and the"January 2 Speech",these discussions have pointed out the direction and made specific plans for the development of the relations across the Taiwan Strait in the future period.They will give vigorous impetus to the peaceful development and integrative development of relations across the Taiwan Strait and advance the process of China’s reunification.
