摘要
两蒋时期,台湾地区的历史课程设置和教材编写基于一个中国立场,明确表明台湾与大陆同为一个中国。1988年后,李登辉、陈水扁相继成为台湾地区领导人,开始挑战一个中国原则,大肆宣扬“台独”意识。在其影响下,台湾地区的历史课程设置开始了有步骤的“去中国化”。在历史课程设置和教材编写上将“中国台湾史”与“中国史”分开,同时大量压缩“中国史”内容和教学时间。马英九时期,台湾(地区)当局对高中历史课程纲要和教材中的“去中国化”倾向作了一定修正。蔡英文成为台湾地区领导人后,在其主导下,台湾地区高中历史课程的设置和教材编写强化了“去中国化”和“台独”意识的教育。我们殷切地期望台湾地区有良知的史学工作者,摈弃“台独”意识,坚持一个中国立场,正确地编写高中历史教材。
During the Chiang kai-shek’s and Chiang Ching-kuo’s periods,Taiwan’s region history curriculum and textbooks were based on the one-China position,clearly indicating that the Taiwan region and the mainland belong to one China.After 1988,Lee Teng-hui and Chen Shui-bian became leaders of Taiwan region successively.They began to challenge the one-China principle and promote the ideology of“Taiwan independence”.Under their influence,Taiwan’s region history curriculum began a systematic“de-Sinicization”.In the history curriculum and textbook,Taiwan region history is separated from Chinese history,which is greatly compressed in terms of teaching hours and pages.During the Ma Ying-jeou period,the Taiwan region authorities made certain corrections to the“de-Sinicization”tendency in the high school history curriculum and textbooks.After Tsai Ing-wen became the leader of the Taiwan region,the high school history curriculum and the textbooks compilation in Taiwan region strengthened the inculcation of“de-Sinicization”and“Taiwan independence”consciousness.We earnestly hope that conscientious historians in Taiwan region will abandon the“Taiwan independence”consciousness,adhere to the“one China”position,and write high school history textbooks correctly.
