论台湾光复的合法性——以二战期间美军占领台湾计划为中心的考察

On the Legitimacy of Taiwan’s Retrocession:A Case Study of the US Military’s Plan to Occupy Taiwan during World War Ⅱ

所谓美国军事占领中国台湾计划,指的是二战期间美国海军的一个流产计划。由于当时美国接受《开罗宣言》的约束,该计划并未脱离恢复中国主权的目的。战后,美国帮助国民政府接收台湾地区,也无任何建立军政府的举动。在主权恢复过程中,台湾行政长官公署只是接受国民政府行政院领导的一个地方政府,绝非“台独”史观所说的“盟国的军事占领”。在台湾光复前后,美国对中国光复台湾地区并无异议,并在光复后在中国台湾建立领事馆,事实上承认了中国政府对台湾地区的主权恢复。

The US military occupation plan for Taiwan,China was an abortive plan by the US Navy during World War II.At that time,since the United States was bound by the Cairo Declaration,the plan was not divorced from the purpose of restoring Chinese sovereignty.After the war,the United States helped the Nationalist government take over Taiwan region without any move to establish a military government.In the process of restoration of sovereignty,the Office of the Chief Executive of Taiwan was only a local government under the leadership of the Nationalist Government.It was by no means what“Taiwan Residents independents”called“allied military occupation.”In fact,before and after Taiwan’s retrocession,the United States had no objection to Taiwan’s retrocession and established a consulate in Taiwan,China,after Taiwan’s retrocession,recognizing the Chinese government’s restoration of sovereignty over Taiwan region.
