摘要 儿童的健康发展,关联着上亿家庭的幸福和国家的进步。4月29日,《中华人民共和国教育法》修正案通过;6月1日,新修订的《未成年人保护法》和《预防未成年人犯罪法》也将施行,国家不断探索新时代儿童教育发展的新路径。而法律的完善仅是开篇,儿童的全面发展还面临着新兴技术的转型、体制机制的完善、教育理念的革新等诸多挑战。尤其是在市场化、城市化、智能化加速发展的背景下. The healthy development of children is related to the happiness of millions of families and the progress of the country.Children’s all-round development is also faced with many challenges,such as the transformation of emerging technologies,the improvement of institutional mechanisms,the innovation of educational concepts and so on.Especially in the context of the accelerated development of marketization,urbanization and intellectualization,there is a kind of"parenting anxiety"lingering.Researcher Yang Xiong pointed out that the arrival of AI era has further exacerbated the family’s parenting anxiety.The feasible solution to solve the problem of educational involution is to build a cooperative education system of family,school and society.Researcher Gu Yan pointed out that behind the structural anxiety lurks the structural contradictions in China’s education.Only by taking the solution of the structural contradictions as a priority,can we fundamentally alleviate the parenting anxiety.Researcher Cheng Fucai pointed out that children’s childhood is highly"structured",and he advocated an ideological revolution about childhood.Professor Yuan Zhenguo stressed that on the basis of respecting the law of children’s physical and mental development,"teaching students in accordance with their aptitude"and using modern technology to develop wisdom education.Professor Bian Yufang advocates the construction of family education guidance service system in the new era based on different hierarchical objects,different development stages and different cultural characteristics.Associate professor Zhang Shangen put forward the proposition of"family and country co-governance",emphasizing that children are not only"children of the family",but also"children of the country".Based on the social reality of the current juvenile delinquency problems,professor Lin Wei analyzed the application problems and system improvement path of juvenile special education.Based on the field survey data,professor Xiong Chunwen specifically interprets the education system structure and development space behind the"polarized"group culture of migrant children.
