Trade Fricition and Merchants Order——“Complex Dual-Ringed” Circle Seen from the Perspective of Manufacturing Industry of China and Vietnam

中国制造业向越南的转移,实际上是中国供应链网络的溢出。原因在于,技术和生产流程上的一系列变迁使得它们越发成为穿透国界的存在,各国的经济空间与政治空间日益不匹配,工厂的转移更多时候仅仅是工序的转移,而非产业的转移。经济过程对于国界的穿透性意味着,商人秩序需要走出政治秩序的遮蔽,再次站到历史的前台。

The transfer of Chinese manufacturing industry to Vietnam,is rather the overflow of the supply chain network of China.The evolution of technologies and manufacturing processes,makes them penetrating political borders in many senses.The economic space goes more and more beyond the political spaces,and the transfer of factories,refers rather to the transfer of manufacturing processes than the whole industry.The penetration of economic affairs to political borders suggests that the merchants order might be back to the center of arena again.
