Research Progress and Future Trends of Open Innovation Community

[目的/意义]开放式创新社区是践行开放式创新理论的重要方式,也是企业解决创新问题的一种知识创造机制。全面梳理开放式创新社区的相关研究进展,建立相应的研究框架,对于厘清该领域研究方向,指导企业有效开展开放式创新具有重要意义。[方法/过程]通过文献计量方法对国外开放式创新社区的相关文献进行分析,然后从知识创造的4个过程构建开放式创新社区的研究框架,并依据框架对已有的开放式创新社区文献进行详细的内容分析,归纳现有研究的进展,提出开放式创新社区未来的研究方向。[结果/结论]从知识创造的过程来看,企业吸收和传递社区隐性知识过程、开放式创新社区用户、企业与社区知识边界以及开放式创新社区知识转化机制4个方面还有待深入研究。

[Purpose/Significance]The open innovation community is an important way to practice the theory of open innovation,and also a kind of knowledge creation mechanism for enterprises to solve innovation problems.It is of great significance to comprehensively sort out the relevant research progress of the open innovation community and establish the corresponding research framework for clarifying the research direction in this field and guiding enterprises to effectively carry out open innovation.[Method/Process]Based on the bibliometrics method,this paper analyzed the relevant literature on the open innovation community in foreign countries,and then constructed the research framework of open innovation community from the four processes of knowledge creation.According to the framework,the existing literature on the open innovation community was analyzed in detail,the current research progress was summarized,and the future research direction of the open innovation community was proposed.[Result/Conclusion]From the perspective of the process of knowledge creation,four aspects remain to be studied in depth:the process of enterprises absorbing and transferring community tacit knowledge,the users of the open innovation community,the knowledge boundary between enterprises and community,and the knowledge transformation mechanism of the open innovation community.
