摘要
[目的/意义]为科研院所开展知识管理建设与运行提供经过实践、可借鉴的知识管理积分量化机制、激励机制、运营策略。[方法/过程]通过建立知识贡献度积分计算模型、知识管理各模块权重、各模块具体操作分值等积分管理功能,构建知识贡献积分量化机制,全面体现员工知识贡献的数量和质量。[结果/结论]通过积分量化个人和部门在组织中的知识贡献,并加以考核和激励,是知识管理常态化的有效手段。
[Purpose/Significance]For scientific research institutes to carry out the construction and operation of knowledge management to provide a practical,referable knowledge management integral quantification mechanism,incentive mechanism,operation strategy.[Method/Process]By establishing the integral management functions such as the integral calculation model of knowledge contribution,the weight of each module of knowledge management and the specific operation score of each module,the knowledge contribution integral quantification mechanism was constructed to fully reflect the quantity and quality of employees’knowledge contribution.[Result/Conclusion]It is an effective means to normalize knowledge management to quantify individual and department knowledge contribution in an organization through points,and to assess and motivate them.
