《四库全书荟要》本《隋书》校勘价值考论

A Study on the Value of Collation About the Book of the Sui Dynasty(《隋书》)of the Sikuquanshu Huiyao(《四库全书荟要》)

清代的“四库全书工程”借修书而毁书,产生了极恶劣的影响。其主要成果《四库全书》毁誉参半。工程的另一成果《四库全书荟要》也被认为是《四库全书》的附庸,长期不受重视。因此,其中的《四库全书荟要》本(省称荟要本)《隋书》一直默默无闻,至今无人研究。但我们发现,这一版本底本优良,参考版本众多,整理水平较高。其文本质量要优于武英殿本,更优于其他四库馆的成果,是一个较好的版本。2019年修订版《隋书》是在中华书局原点校本的基础上整理修订而成,参考了众多版本,代表了当前《隋书》研究的顶尖水平和最新成果,是当前的权威整理本。惜这一版本的整理情况不尽如人意,在有些方面还是遗留了问题。未被整理组注意的荟要本,则恰好能够修正其中一部分问题。这一版本在版本学和校勘学上有很大意义,值得研究。本文以此为契机,借助补校修订版《隋书》,阐发荟要本《隋书》的校勘价值。

The Book of the Sui Dynasty,which was included in the Books of Sikuquanshu Huiyao,has always been unknown and neglected.In fact,this version has an excellent base,many reference versions,high level of finishing and its achievements can even be compared with the collated version published by the Zhonghua Book Company in the last century.Meanwhile,it can also supplement the current revised edition of the Book of the Sui Dynasty.The edition is of great significance in versioning and proofreading and is worth of further studies.It shows that the collection of books in Sikuquanshu Huiyao is not without merit and scholars that engaged in the study of ancient books should pay more attention to the books collected in them.
