唐代官方医学教育分科相关问题探析

Analysis on the Related Issues of the Division of Offical Medical Education in the Tang Dynasty

医学分科是医学发展到一定阶段的产物。医学教育分科,即医学教育机构的专业划分。医学分科与医学教育分科是两个不同的概念,医学教育分科是建立在日益完善的医学分科基础之上的。反过来,医学教育分科的成熟和完善对医学发展具有巨大的促进作用。本文拟以唐代中央官方医学教育分科为研究对象,探讨以下三个问题:一是唐代是否开始实行医学分科教育,二是影响官方医学教育分科的因素,三是唐代医学教育分科对后世医学教育科目设置的影响。通过对以上问题的探究,以期推动对唐代官方医学教育研究的深入。

The official medical education in the Tang Dynasty was taught in different subjects.This is the result of the accumulation of medical knowledge to a certain extent and also the result of real needs.The division model of medical education in the Tang Dynasty was advanced and reasonable and had a far-reaching influence on later generations.The division of the later official medical education all inherited the Division of thought since the Tang Dynasty.Dividing based on the treatment method and the disease category to divide the branch,this division system of medical education continues to influence today and provides valuable experience for the development of modern Chinese medicine.
