摘要
目前在评价石墨电极性能方面,凭借马弗炉、高温氧化炉(1000~1100℃)或失重仪(TG/TGA)等在氧气或空气环境下对石墨电极进行抗氧化性能的研究;根据常规理化测试指标评价电极的使用性能,这种评价方法或手段与石墨电极实际使用工况差距较大,不能真实评价石墨电极的使用性能。本文通过一种新型石墨电极与常规工艺生产的高功率电极在实验室模拟电炉上的对比实验,提出利用实验室模拟电炉直观地定性或定量评价石墨电极整体的冶炼消耗和抗热震性能,从而为石墨电极使用性能的综合评价提供更为客观合理的理论依据。
At present,only muffle furnace and high temperature oxidation furnace(1000~1100℃),or thermogravimetric analysismeter(TG/TGA)are used to evaluate the oxidation resistance of graphite electrodes under oxygen or air conditions,and the usability performance of the electrode is evaluated according to the conventional physical and chemical test indexes,which is far from the actual working conditions of graphite electrodes,and can not truly represent the usability performance of graphite electrode.The comparative experiments in laboratory analog electric furnace using a new graphite electrode and a high power electrode produced by conventional process are carried out,which can qualitatively or quantitatively evaluate the smelting consumption and thermal shock resistance of the whole graphite electrodes.Thereby,it is considered to be more scientific and reasonable for evaluating the usability performance of graphite electrodes by using analog electric furnace in laboratory.
