摘要
利用浮选工艺处理贵州某电解铝厂产生的低碳品位炭渣,研究了炭渣粒度、矿浆浓度、搅拌速度、充气量等工艺条件对炭渣中炭质材料分离效果的影响。结果表明,在炭渣粒度120~140目、矿浆浓度30%、搅拌速度1600 r/min、充气量0.30 m3/h的条件下,炭回收率为81.55%,炭纯度达到85.23%。
The floatation process was used to treat the low-carbon-grade carbon residue from a smelter in Guizhou province.The effects of process conditions,such as particle size,pulp concentration,stirring speed and gas content,on the separation efficiency of carbonaceous materials in the carbon residue were studied.The results indicate that under the conditions of particle size of 120~140 mesh,pulp concentration of 30%,stirring speed of 1600 r/min,and aeration rate of 0.30 m3/h,the carbon recovery rate was 81.55%and the carbon purity reached 85.23%.
