乡村振兴战略下农民信息素养培养内容体系研究

Research on Content System of Farmers’ Information Literacy Training under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略需要农民具备与之相匹配的信息素养。培养农民信息素养应转向农民使用者的方向,深化"人的认知",增强培养内容研究,在理论上推动农民信息素养培养的普及,在实践上引导农民利用知识与技能探索发展新模式。农民信息素养培养内容要素分析以信息过程理论为框架,将梳理探究的新信息环境影响因素以及农民认知信息过程中的诸多内容,在信息需求、信息获取、信息传递、信息认知、信息再生、信息施效六个子过程中细化并扩展。以此为基础,本文利用进展图理论,分四个阶段构建了信息素养内容体系,注重的是农民信息思维的培养,对于农民利用信息的主观活动具有重要的引导作用。

Rural revitalization strategy requires farmers to be qualified with the information literacy.Farmers’information literacy training should focus on the farmers,deepen the people-oriented cognition,and strengthen the content research.In theory,farmers’information literacy training must be promoted,and in practice,farmers should be guided to explore new development models with the knowledge and skills.The content element analysis of farmers’information literacy training is based on the information process theory,and the influencing factors of the new information environment and contents in the process of information cognition are refined and expanded in the six sub-processes of information demand,information acquisition,information transmission,information cognition,information regeneration and information efficiency.Using the progress graph theory,content system of information literacy is constructed in four stages,which focuses on the training of farmers information thinking,and it has great guiding value for their subjective activities of information utilization.
