摘要
本文为全面理解信息素养到数字智商理念的发展,从定义、框架内容、结构和应用等方面对《数字智商全球框架》和《高等教育信息素养框架》进行了比较分析,为我国图书馆数字智商课程建设带来以下启示:及时转变核心教育目标,融合情境式教学与系统教学,采取层次化课程结构。
Aiming to understand the concept of information literacy developing to digital intelligence,Digital Quotient Global Standards and Framework for Information Literacy of Higher Education are analyzed comparatively in detail.It brings inspiration to the construction of library digital quotient curriculum in China:transforming core education goal,integrating situation teaching and systematic teaching,and adopting hierarchical course structure.
