图书馆文化扶贫的理论预设与实践困境

Theoretical Presupposition and Practical Dilemma of Library Cultural Poverty Alleviation

本文阐析了学界关于图书馆文化扶贫效能的理论预设,揭示了可实现社会公平、能满足农民脱贫致富需求、扶人扶精神等的理论预设取向及其实践困境。图书馆文化扶贫无法有效实施的根本原因在于忽视了农民的阅读贫困,误读了图书馆的服务能力和条件。乡村振兴战略下的图书馆文化扶贫应以农村的小人物为重点,通过生活化和活动化服务帮助他们走出阅读困境。

The theoretical presupposition about the potency of library cultural poverty alleviation in academic circles is analyzed to announce the theoretical presupposition orientation--achieving social equity,satisfying farmers’information need in poverty alleviation and becoming rich,and helping the farmers in poor areas and supporting their spirit,and its practical dilemma.The root reason lies in neglecting reading difficulties of farmers and misreading the service ability and condition of libraries.Under the strategy of rural revitalization,library cultural poverty alleviation should focus on the ordinary person in rural areas,and eventually help them out reading dilemma through the service based on daily life and activity.
