法国国家图书馆《应急预案》解读

法国国家图书馆《应急预案》的诞生得益于保护文化遗产的传统、国际图联的关注、本馆使命和相关章程的要求,2014年水灾促使其进一步完善。对预案进行文本细读,其核心理念体现在五方面:规范详尽、分工明确;预防性和抢救性保护结合,现代化技术作用关键;把数字化作为防灾应急的重要手段;注重学术研究和人才培养;加强国内国际合作,提升国际话语权和影响力。

Emergency Plan of National Library of France(BnF)rooted in the tradition of protecting cultural heritage,the attention paid by IFLA and the requirements of BnF’s mission and relevant regulations.The flood in 2014 prompted its revision.Through a close reading,the plan’s main content is presented.Emergency Plan of BnF has five core concepts:detailed regulations and clearly-determined responsibilities;the combination of preservation and conservation in which the advanced technology plays a key role;the application of digitalization as an important means of disaster prevention;academic research and personnel training;domestic and international cooperation to enhance international influence.
