基于统计数据的公共图书馆比较研究

Comparative Study of Public Libraries Based on Statistical Data

知识传播对促进知识向生产力快速转化具有重要意义。公共图书馆是传播知识的重要场所。定量研究公共图书馆的知识传播活动,可以帮助我们进一步促进知识传播。本文通过对国内五级公共图书馆近8年数据的详细分析,比较了各级图书馆的工作效率和文献的使用效率,统计分析结果表明县级、县市级、地市级公共图书馆的文献使用率一般都比省、区、直辖市级和中央的公共图书馆高。基于发展国内经济以及满足读者需求的角度,需要加强对县,县市和地市图书馆的建设。

Knowledge sharing is very important in promoting the rapid transformation of the knowledge into the productive forces.Public libraries are important places for disseminating knowledge.Quantitative research on the impact of knowledge dissemination activities in public libraries can help us to further promote knowledge dissemination.Based on the data of five-level public libraries in China in the past eight years,the working efficiency and document utilization efficiency of public libraries at all levels have been compared in detail.It is found that the document utilization rates of public libraries in counties,county-level cities,and prefecture-level cities are generally higher than that of provincial-level,autonomous region-level,directly under the central government-level public libraries,and central government-level public libraries.In order to develop the domestic economy and meet the needs of readers,further developing public libraries in counties,counties and municipalities is urgent necessary.
