“双一流”背景下高校图书馆建设的理论与实践

Theory and Practice of University Library Construction under the Background of "Double-First-Rate"

本文以中国知网和万方数据知识平台为数据源,检索"双一流"背景下高校图书馆建设相关研究文献,对所得文献进行分析。国内学者对于这一课题在理论和实践方面已经做出了诸多有益的探索,但依然存在一些不足,如对图书馆顶层规划研究较少;资源建设经验性研究比较多,缺少有效的评估方法和手段;对于改革和创新缺少系统化评估的研究。

Taking CNKI and Wanfang Data as data sources,the research literatures on the construction of university libraries under the background of"double first-rate"are retrieved and analyzed.Domestic scholars have made many useful explorations on this topic in theory and practices,but there are still some shortcomings,such as less research on top-level planning of libraries,more empirical perspectives on resource construction but lack of effective evaluation methods and means,and lack of systematic evaluation of reform and innovation.
