地市级公共图书馆作为基层公共图书馆,基础业务的开展乃该类图书馆日常运行的最主要内容。笔者从地市级公共图书馆的释义、基础业务的内容和基础业务的统计与分析三方面,浅析地市级公共图书馆基础业务的发展现状。地市级图书馆应采取以下策略予以应对:探索创新复合型地市级公共图书馆新物理空间,思考有利于地市级公共图书馆可持续发展的新运行模式,研发数字自建库的保存途径和实现数据库的最大化新利用。

In the new era,the development and changes of the basic services of prefecture-level public libraries are profound,so it is urgent for professional library workers to think and implement effective countermeasures according to the development trend of library undertakings,so as to effectively maintain the sustainable development of library undertakings and fundamentally protect the basic cultural rights and interests of citizens.
