This paper introduces the research situation and the system frame of smart library,builds and expounds the construction mode of university smart library under the background of"double first-class"construction,such as intelligent house,intelligent space,intelligent management,intelligent data,intelligent platform and intelligent services,so as to provide reference for the construction of university smart library under the background of"double first-class"construction.
