少年儿童图书馆应对突发公共卫生事件研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Children’s Library in the Public Health Emergencies

在我国少年儿童图书馆建设事业快速发展的今天,图书馆作为人流密集场所,如果突发"公共卫生事件",必然给卫生习惯处于养成阶段的未成年人带来严重危胁。本着对读者负责、对未成年人负责的宗旨,少儿图书馆应对突发公共卫生事件要有更高的要求。通过分析图书馆应对公共卫生事件的隐患及成因,结合未成年人的特殊性,为完善应对策略、提升应对效果提出相应的优化方案。以期为少年儿童图书馆今后应对公共卫生事件提供参考与帮助。

With the rapid development of the construction of children’s library in China,as a crowded place,library will inevitably bring serious threat to the minors who are in the stage of developing their health habits if there is a public health emergencies.In line with the purpose of being responsible for readers and minors,children’s library should have higher requirements to deal with public health emergencies.Through the analysis of the hidden dangers and causes of public health emergencies,combined with the particularity of minors,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme for improving the coping strategies and improving the response effect,so as to provide reference and help for children’s library to deal with public health emergencies in the future.
