高质量发展背景下公共图书馆全民阅读推广策略研究

Research on the National Reading Promotion Strategy of Public Libraries under the Background of High Quality Development

经济发展与文化发展是相辅相成和谐共生的关系,当前我国经济从高速增长阶段转向了高质量发展阶段,重视高质量发展的同时必须注重文化发展。本文从高质量发展与全民阅读的内涵和关系出发,明确了当前我国公共图书馆在全民阅读推广中面临的阅读环境、阅读需求和服务供给模式等挑战,结合互联网经济、智媒体技术发展现状,提出了高质量发展背景下公共图书馆全民阅读推广策略,以期为构建全民阅读新生态奠定基础,进一步促进我国经济和文化双核互动发展。

Economic development and cultural development are mutually complementary and harmonious.At present,China’s economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.While paying attention to the highquality development,we must pay attention to the development of culture.Starting with the connotations and relationship of high quality development and national reading,this article makes clear that domestic public libraries are facing challenges from reading environment to reading demands as well as service supply models in national reading promotion currently.Combined with the development status of internet economy and smart media technology,it proposes the reading promotion strategy for public libraries under the background of high quality development,in order to lay a foundation to build a new national reading ecosystem and further promote the dual-core interactive development of China’s economy and culture.
