接种高温芽孢杆菌促进堆肥腐熟研究 被引量:9

Effects of Inoculation of Thermophiles Bacillus Strains on Composting Efficiency

摘要 以本实验室从高温堆肥中筛选获得的3株木质纤维高温降解菌株为材料,测定了菌株与木质纤维降解相关的酶活,随后进行高温好氧堆肥试验,研究了其对猪粪堆肥腐熟效率的影响。结果表明:相比于对照处理,添加菌株NJAU-N30和NJAU-ND8的堆体升温更快,高温期温度更高。堆肥结束时,所有处理的发芽指数均高于90%,而添加菌液处理堆肥过程中样品的发芽指数高于对照;堆肥结束时,所有处理的C/N均下降至16左右;各处理在堆肥结束时的全氮、全磷和全钾含量均高于堆肥初始时,并且添加菌株NJAU-ND8和NJAU-N30的养分含量更高;NJAU-ND8和NJAU-N30的中性蛋白酶活力显著高于NJAU-NE8。综上,相比于不添加外源菌株和添加NJAU-NE8菌株,接种NJAU-ND8与NJAU-N30菌株能够有效促进以猪粪为主要原料的堆体发酵腐熟。 Three bacterial agents isolated from high temperature compost samples were selectedas materials.Firstly,enzyme activities related to wood fiber degradation of three strains were tested.Then high temperature aerobic composting was performed to evaluate the effects of microbial inoculants on composting efficiency.Results showed that compared with the treatment inoculated without bacterial agent(CK),the addition of microbial strains NJAU-N30 and NJAU-ND8 enhanced the temperature of composting faster,with the highest temperatureat the high-temperature period.At the end of composting,the germination index(GI)in all treatments washigher than 90%,while GI in the treatments treated with microbial inoculant was always higher than that in the control treatment during the process.At the end of composting,the ratios of carbon to nitrogen(C/N)were all lower than 16.The contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium at the end of the composting were higher than those at the beginning,and the nutrient contents in the treatments adding NJAU-ND8 and NJAU-N30 strains were higher than those in the other treatments,and the treatments adding NJAU-ND8 and NJAU-N30 strains showed significantly higher activities of neutral protease than that adding NJAU-NE8 strain.In summary,the inoculation of strain NJAU-ND8 and NJAU-N30 can promote the composting of pig manure.
