Research on the Application of RFID Automated Inventory Robot: A Case Study of Wuhan University Library

图书盘点是RFID技术在图书馆领域的常见应用,但通常需要耗费大量的人力与时间,业界迫切需要实现更高效、更准确地自动盘点。本文介绍了武汉大学图书馆近年来在RFID图书自动盘点机器人应用上的实践,并验证其盘点的准确率和工作效率,对进一步的优化提出了建议。

Book inventory is a common area where RFID technology applies in library industry,yet it usually involves a lot of labor and time costs,leading to an urgent need for an automated inventory method with higher accuracy and efficiency.This paper introduces the implementation of RFID automatic inventory robot in Wuhan University Library,and verifies the accuracy and efficiency of the inventory.The development direction of the future automated inventory robot is also proposed.
