筑墙双巷无煤柱开采技术研究与应用

摘要 为提升工作面采出率,确定采用筑墙双巷无煤柱开采技术,基于巷道断面要求及筑墙双巷墙体所受压力计算结果,确定墙体采用0.8 m宽的C30混凝土,并对巷道支护方案进行了设计。应用结果表明:巷道围岩控制效果良好,筑墙双巷方案可满足相邻两个工作面回采需求。 In order to improve the recovery rate of the working face,the wall-building double lanes without coal pillar mining technology was adopted.Based on the roadway section requirements and the pressure calculation results of the wall of the wall-building double lanes,it is determined that the wall adopts C30 concrete with a width of 0.8m,and the roadway support scheme was designed.The application results show that the surrounding rock control effect of roadway is good,and the wall double lanes scheme can meet the mining requirements of two adjacent working faces.
