大采高工作面顺槽超前支架应用研究

摘要 针对长平公司大采高工作面顺槽长期使用单体柱存在的劳动强度高、材料消耗量大和柱倒伤人事故的不良局面,本文通过选型、支护工艺和现场试验三方面开展顺槽超前支架应用研究。结果表明:在大采高工作面顺槽使用超前支架取代单体柱非常必要,提高生产效率,增加安全系数,为类似条件提供参考。 In view of the bad situation of high labor intensity,large material consumption and column falling injury accidents in the long-term use of single column in the roadway of large mining height face of Changping Company,this paper carries out the application research of roadway advance support from three aspects:type selection,support technology and field test.The results show that it is very necessary to use advanced support to replace single column in the roadway of large mining height working face,improve production efficiency and increase safety factor,so as to provide reference for similar conditions.
