新型草砖填充墙RC框架柱抗震性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决普通砌体填充墙为结构构件提供极大的刚度,从而大大降低结构延性和耗能能力的问题,研制了一种低弹性模量和高延性的新型草砖砌块,以代替传统砌块作为填充墙材料。进行了防火材料性能及力学性能测试,并设计无墙框架柱、普通砖墙框架柱、草捆墙框架柱和草砖墙框架柱四种模型进行拟静力试验,对比分析了构件破坏模态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力和延性等。研究结果表明:新型草砖与防火材料结合效果好;其材料强度约为普通砌体的1/30~1/50,弹性模型约为普通砌体的1/3000~1/4000,具有良好的可恢复性;草砖墙柱组合构件的延性和耗能能力均高于普通砌体墙组合构件和无墙框架柱构件,且在试验过程中草砖材料不发生破坏。此类新型草砖材料自重轻,可恢复能力强,具有良好的抗震性能,可作为填充墙材料加以应用。 To find the solution that the traditional masonry infilled wall provides great stiffness for the structural members,which greatly reduces the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the structure,a new type of straw brick with the properties of low elastic modulus and high ductility was developed to replace the traditional masonry as the material of infilled wall.The fire resistance and mechanical properties were tested,and four models of frame-column without wall,frame-column with traditional brick wall,straw bale wall and straw brick wall were designed for quasi-static tests.The failure modes,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,energy dissipation and ductility of these components were analyzed in detail.The results show that the new type of straw brick has a good effect with fireproof material.The strength and elastic modulus is about 1/30-1/50 and 1/3000-1/4000 of that of traditional masonry,respectively.It also has good recovery ability.The ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the straw brick composite members are higher than those of the traditional masonry wall composite members and the frame-column members without walls,and the straw bricks have not been damaged in the test.This new type of straw brick has light weight,good recovery ability and seismic behavior.It can be used as infilled wall materials.
